Privacy Policy
This policy covers every app published by Tim Bourguignon under the name Arcane as a Service, including Noti.Me and 365 Photo Journal.
The short version: I do not collect, store, sell or share any of your personal data.
What the apps collect
Nothing. The apps contain no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. They do not send any information about you or your usage to me or to anyone else.
Data that stays with you
Some apps need to store things to work, such as your notes, your chosen photos or your settings. That data lives:
- on your device, and
- in your own iCloud account, if the app offers iCloud sync and you have iCloud turned on.
iCloud data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. I have no access to it.
Permissions
An app may ask for permissions such as notifications or access to your photo library. These are used only on your device, only for the feature you asked for. You can change them at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Purchases
Some apps may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. If so, payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see your name, payment details or Apple ID. Apple only tells the app whether a purchase is active.
Children
Because the apps collect no data, they collect no data from children either.
Changes to this policy
If an app ever starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the date at the top will change.
